Minimum Stay: There is a minimum stay of two nights; however, longer minimum stay requirements may be imposed for holiday season periods.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $500 is required at time of booking. Balance in full must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all payments. Reservations for December 15, 2008, through January 2, 2009, require full prepayment by October 15, 2008. Cancellations for this period made prior to October 15, 2008 will receive refund less $50 processing fee. Cancellations for this period made on or after October 15, 2008 will forfeit all payments.
